A Trusted Advisor is a Siebel certified consultant with many years of practical Siebel experience.
A Trusted Advisor is able to advise Siebel clients about industry-specific "best practice" business processes and functionality, guide them through a myriad of technology issues, and manage complex Siebel projects.
Clients use a Trusted Advisor as their internal resource and often as their project manager. Because they are usually attempting to manage, implement or upgrade an advanced Siebel CRM solution for the first time, they place their trust in an expert who has successfully completed the process many times before.
A Trusted Advisor:
